World Cup Monday main slate, first kick 12:00PM EDT. The lineup leans on a three-man Spain stack against Cape Verde in a game built for goals, anchors the Belgium attack with Kevin De Bruyne, and rounds out with value from Iran and a clean-sheet keeper for Uruguay. Every dollar of the cap is in play.
Ferran Torres — FWD/MID, $20
A focal point of the Spanish attack in the best spot on the board. Spain are roughly 90% favorites over a Cape Verde side making its World Cup debut, in a game the market expects to be a rout — Over 3.5 goals with scorelines projected around 5-1. Torres is on the end of Spain's relentless chance creation and a constant penalty-box presence, the most direct route to multiple goal involvements in a blowout.
Kevin De Bruyne — FWD/MID, $21
The top-priced anchor and the engine of the Belgium attack against Egypt. De Bruyne is on set pieces and is the primary chance-creator for a Belgium side favored to control the game — his assist and key-pass volume give him one of the highest floors and ceilings on the slate, and at the top price he earns it.
Mehdi Ghayedi — FWD/MID, $9
The value attacker from the nightcap. Iran are favored at home against New Zealand, and Ghayedi is a focal point of their attack — at $9, he's a cheap path to goal involvement on a favored side, the kind of value that funds the pay-ups at the top.
Alex Baena — FWD/MID, $14
The second piece of the Spain attack and a creative hub underneath Torres. Baena drives Spain's build-up with his passing and arrives late into the box for shots, and in a game Spain figures to dominate from start to finish, the volume of touches in dangerous areas makes him a strong mid-priced play.
Pedro Porro — DEF, $15
The attacking fullback who doubles as a clean-sheet piece. With Spain camped in the Cape Verde half, Porro gets forward constantly for crosses and the occasional shot, while the shutout points are very much in play against an overmatched attack. He's the rare defender with both attacking and clean-sheet upside in the same elite spot.
Nathan Ngoy — DEF, $8
The value defender from the Belgium game. Ngoy brings the tackles and clearances that stack defender points, with clean-sheet upside if Belgium controls the match against Egypt as expected. At $8, he's a cost-effective way to add a second piece of a favored side.
Fernando Muslera — GK, $13
The keeper, with Uruguay favored over Saudi Arabia. Muslera's appeal is the blend of save volume and clean-sheet potential — against a Saudi attack that isn't built to pile up quality chances, the shutout is live, and every save adds to the floor. He rounds out the lineup with a real path to a clean sheet.
The lineup at a glance — a three-man Spain core in Ferran Torres, Alex Baena, and Pedro Porro attacks a Cape Verde side lined as massive underdogs in a game built for goals; Kevin De Bruyne anchors the Belgium attack against Egypt with Nathan Ngoy the clean-sheet value behind him; Mehdi Ghayedi adds cheap upside from a favored Iran side; and Fernando Muslera brings clean-sheet potential in goal for Uruguay. Pay up on the Spain rout and De Bruyne, value everywhere else.
Let's have a big day! 💰🔥
